11 eggs
1/4 c. nuoc mam (fish sauce)
3 large slices of ginger
1/2 tsp. sugar
2-3 c. water
Heat stove to medium high.
Caramellize sugar.
Add water, nuoc mam, and ginger. Add eggs. Simmer:
The yellow wedges are ginger. |
The little brown marks are due to the pan being short so the surface of eggs was in direct contact with the bottom of the pan. |
